Hector Salazar is a seasoned construction leader with over 17 years of experience managing multi-family, single-family, and build-to-rent projects. At Zion Homes Development Group, he oversees all aspects of construction and development, leveraging his expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
A graduate of Sam Houston State University with OSHA and CPR certifications, Hector combines technical knowledge with a talent for building strong relationships with clients and contractors. His track record includes managing large-scale operations, including a $70M annual revenue master-planned community and the construction of over 150 homes, ranging from luxury custom builds to multi-family developments.

She holds three Master’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration and brings exceptional expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
